Step-1
First go and increase your cash memory and apply changes and Restart your computer.Step-2
Open Oracle 10/11g developer and click on right button on setup.exe file and change compatibility mode into windows xp(service pack-3):
Step-3
then again click on setup.exe file and start installing.
prior of installing you must give password and remember your user and database name. after installing you see a password cart. and do not forget to unlock user account and change your desire password.
you must unlock some important user account such as HR, OE and system some other user account.
